Mould Transfer Programs

The global market trend today by many customers is to work towards the consolidation of their vendor base. This also involves moving their existing production moulds to the preferred suppliers.

H & L welcomes the opportunity for customers to transfer their mould to our facilities. Our expertise in mould fabrication also makes us flexible to managing transferred mould. Normally, after receiving the transferred moulds, our team of experts will analyze and conduct trial runs thoroughly of its capabilities and fitness.

Any necessary adjustments to process parameters, materials, repairs or replacements of mould components are quickly identified and propose to our customer. Our goal is to get the mould back into production with minimal disruption on customer's deliveries. H & L also provides proposed plan for customer on the lowest cost of maintenance and repairs over the remaining lifetime of the moulds.
